Discover why the problem you can see may not be the problem you need to solve — and get clearer about where to focus next.

If you keep struggling with something you thought you’d have figured out by now, Mentally Full will help you understand why the symptom you can see may not tell you what kind of support you need — and what to consider before trying another solution.
Workshop

SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SYMPTOM AND THE PROBLEM YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO ADDRESS
Learn why overwhelm, procrastination, inconsistency, overthinking or lack of follow-through may describe what you’re experiencing — without necessarily telling you what kind of support you need.
UNDERSTAND WHY SELF-AWARENESS STILL HAS BLIND SPOTS
Discover why capable, intelligent, self-aware people can still miss patterns operating outside conscious awareness — and why knowing more doesn’t always create change.
SEE HOW THE SAME STRUGGLE CAN REQUIRE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NEXT STEP
I’ll show you real, anonymized assessment examples so you can see how two people can describe the same problem and have very different pictures underneath.
And most importantly:
STOP asking “What else should I try?”
START asking:
“Where should I actually focus?”
You’re successful or established in some area of your life.
You’re used to figuring things out.
You’re working hard and carrying a lot.
You feel mentally full or have very little capacity left.
You’re frustrated that something keeps resurfacing despite the work you’ve already done.
You’re willing to look at yourself truthfully.
You’re willing to take responsibility without turning it into self-blame.
You’re willing to do something with what you learn.
Over the years, I’ve reviewed over 120 assessments across nearly 100 people.
And after a while, something becomes obvious:
People can use the exact same words to describe their problem...
and have very different things showing up underneath.
That’s why I don’t believe in prescribing from the symptom alone.
Inside Mentally Full, I’ll show you what I mean.

"My life changed forever"
“This group gives such structure to my day… and provides good reminders exactly when I need them."
- Jennifer Donaldson

"Highly recommend this"
“It’s exactly what I needed to kickstart my morning and get me to bed at the right time.”
- Nisha Goyal

"Highly recommend this"
“I’m more organized when I leave… I know exactly what I’m doing, and when I start I hit the ground running.”
- Rosalie Salamone

"My life changed forever"
“When I joined the Morning Calls, I was overwhelmed. I was multitasking way too much. Now I feel so much more organized and productive.”
- Natasha Richardson

By the end of Mentally Full, you’ll have:
a clearer distinction between symptom and problem
a better understanding of why insight alone may not create change
a new way to think about overwhelm, overthinking and recurring patterns
a clearer sense of why two people with the same complaint may need different support
a more useful question to ask yourself than “What else should I try?”
a better understanding of where to focus next
And most importantly:
You’ll stop assuming the thing you can see is the whole picture.
Several Days and Times to Choose From!
Bring a notebook and come ready to look at your problems differently.
Larisa is an author, speaker, mentor and founder of Abundance Academy.
For years, she has worked at the intersection of business, performance and personal development, helping ambitious people understand not only what they want to change, but what may actually be getting in the way of changing it.
Her background in NLP and work with the unconscious mind have trained her to look beyond the obvious symptom—to notice patterns, associations, emotional responses and internal conflicts that aren't always easy to recognize when you're living inside them.
That perspective has been sharpened through years of coaching and more than 120 assessments across nearly 100 people.
And the volume has given her something particularly valuable:
Pattern recognition.
She’s seen people describe remarkably similar struggles—overwhelm, procrastination, inconsistency, overthinking, feeling stuck—while the fuller picture points in very different directions.
That’s the thinking behind Mentally Full.
Not another formula for fixing yourself.
A better way to look at what’s happening, ask better questions, and get clearer about where to focus next.

We understand you may have some questions. Here's what we're most often asked.
No. Mentally Full is an educational masterclass, not therapy, mental-health treatment or diagnosis. We’ll explore patterns, self-awareness, decision-making and some of the ways your past, present and future orientation may influence how you’re experiencing life today.
The goal is to help you look at what’s happening differently and get clearer about where you may need to focus next.
Not at all. In fact, that’s part of the point.
Come with whatever you’ve been calling “the problem”—overwhelm, procrastination, inconsistency, overthinking, lack of focus, feeling stuck, or simply knowing something isn’t working.
You don’t need to figure it out before you arrive. Bring curiosity, not certainty.
Then this may be especially useful.
You can be incredibly self-aware and still have blind spots. Knowing why you do something—or having worked on yourself for years—doesn’t necessarily mean you can see everything influencing what’s happening now.
This isn’t Personal Development 101. We’re going to look at why knowing isn’t always the same as changing and why the solution you need now may be different from the one you’ve been trying.
I strongly encourage you to attend live.
I’m offering multiple live sessions so you can choose the one that works best for you. The conversation, examples and Q&A are an important part of the experience—and I’d much rather have you in the room participating than save another replay you intend to watch “later.”
Choose the live session that works best for you when you register.
This is a real masterclass with real teaching you can use whether or not you ever buy anything from me.
Toward the end, I’ll also tell you about an optional next step—the Roadblock Assessment—for people who want help applying what we’ve discussed to their own situation and getting clearer about where to focus next.
There’s no obligation to purchase anything.
No.
While many people in my community are entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders, Mentally Full is about you—not your job title.
If you’re capable, resourceful, carrying a lot and frustrated by something you can’t seem to think, work or self-improve your way through, you’ll be right at home.
Bring a notebook, something to write with and one sentence: “The problem is __________.”
Fill in the blank with whatever you’ve been calling the thing that keeps getting in your way.
Don’t analyze it. Don’t try to fix it before we meet.
Just bring the sentence—and some curiosity.
